We do our best to deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients. In order to maintain a fair fee schedule, our policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, and prompt remittance is appreciated.
We will send you a monthly statement to update the status of your account.
