Business Staff

Cindy

Cindy has been the office manager since 1988. After graduating from Dickinson High School, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Family Service from the University of Delaware. She is responsible for handling all insurance and billing for the office. She also schedules and otherwise handles all the business aspects of patient service. 

Terry Lyn

Terry has worked as the receptionist in our office since 2000. She is often the person who greets new patients and schedule appointments for the practice. Terry Lyn attended Godley-Beacom College for Business and worked many years in banking before coming to work for Dr. Rafetto.
